Temperature probe on produce cool room reading 1.8°C below actual. May be faulty or calibration drift.
Completion Notes
Tested probe against calibrated reference. Confirmed 1.8°C drift. Replaced with new NTC probe. Recalibrated controller. Now reading within 0.1°C of reference.
