Fault Description
Main refrigeration unit alarm — Zone 3 temperature 5°C above setpoint. 120 pallets of frozen product at risk. Customer has activated emergency protocol.

On site at MetCold. Found expansion valve stuck closed on Zone 3 compressor. Using emergency bypass to stabilise temperature. Part ordered from Actrol Wetherill Park.
