Fault Description
Evaporator coil fully iced up on 40-pallet cool room. Auto-defrost cycle appears to have failed. Room temperature risen to 8°C.
Completion Notes
Manual defrost performed (4 hours). Defrost timer motor seized — replaced. Checked defrost heater elements — all OK. Two full defrost cycles confirmed working. Room back to -18°C setpoint.
