Scheduled quarterly maintenance check on all refrigeration plant.

Completion Notes

Full PM completed: cleaned condenser coils on all 6 units, replaced filters on 3 units, checked refrigerant charge, cleaned drain pans. All systems within spec. Recommend replacing evaporator fan belt on Unit 4 within 3 months.
