Fault Description
Refrigerant leak detected in bakery section cool room. Faint gas smell. Product temperatures rising rapidly.
Completion Notes
Located leak at brazed joint on suction line. Repaired and pressure-tested to 450 kPa. Recharged with 2.5 kg R404a. System back to setpoint. Advised manager to ventilate for 30 minutes.
